This page houses the rare accomplishments that go beyond merely completing the video game. Some of these accomplishments are completed without even beating the game itself, such as the legend of zelda no sword challenge. I have also reserved this page for unusual videos of combined battles such as all the bosses across the dot hack quadrilogy series.

Whenever possible, I will record the accomplishments on an actual console system instead of using an emulator. I do this because a console system has less of a possibility of being tool assisted and the frame rate slowed down to perform these feats ( In other words these are played at the same difficulty, parameters, and speed as the original game. ). I will note the instances when and if I have to use such a device.

Breath of Fire Dragon Quarter

Breath of Fire Dragon Quarter Completed without Retries or Continues This video shows the final battles of Breath of Fire Dragon Quarter for the playstation 2. I completed the game on my first try without utilizing the start over or give up functions. This is illustrated by the number of retries, which read as zero, that you see on my saved game while I am loading it. Video Length 0:50:33

Breath of Fire Dragon Quarter Battle With Dover (50th Floor Kokon Horay) At the bottom of the dungeon at -2000 meters below the surface or floor 50th you will fight the boss of the dungeon called Dover. He is often referred to as the anti-dragon because your dragonized wyrm form doesn’t injure him too much. This video is the battle with Dover on the 50th floor of the dungeon. Video Length 0:06:39

Castlevania Curse of Darkness

Castlevania Curse of Darkness Ending with complete bestiary (Crazy Mode) I complete the game on crazy mode. In this mode I obtain 100% map completion, all weapons/armor created and also a complete bestiary. In crazy mode you can steal and get the stats for every enemy except for the Crazy Armor which is fought before you have the “steal” ability. Because of this the complete bestiary has to wait until you complete the game and enter the post game boss rush mode. Video Length 1:35:31

Castlevania Curse of Darkness Trevor Mode I battle the last two forms of Dracula and complete the game on Trevor Mode. This mode bcomes available after you complete the game as Hector for the first time. Video Length 0:09:01

Castlevania Curse of Darkness Trevor Boss Rush Mode I play through a round of the Boss rush mode on Trevor Mode. Basically it is all about brute force with Trevor. I found that the following whip types work well against the bosses. Video Length 0:24:32

Castlevania Lament of Innocence

Castlevania Lament of Innocence Completed on Crazy Mode I complete the entire game (100% map completion and all major boss) on crazy mode. I show the map screen before my final battle and it shows 99.6% but the room with the final battle is the extra 0.4% of the map. Video Length 0:29:35

Dark Cloud

Dark Cloud – Least Amount of Dungeon Trips Challenge (17 times) As you play Dark Cloud you will find that the game records the number of times you have gone into the dungeon. A fun little challenge is to see if you can complete the game by going into the dungeon the least amount of times possible which is 17 times (this includes the final dungeon). Video Length 0:32:22

Dark Cloud - Demon Shaft Boss Black Knight Pendragon Without Getting Hit This is a video of me battling the two forms of the Black Knight Pendragon without getting hit once during the fight. This battle took place on the 100th floor of the demon shaft. Video Length 0:05:46

Dark Cloud 2

Dark Cloud 2 Gaspard Owned by a Level 5 Gemron Monster I have heard a lot of people say that the monster transformation on Dark Cloud 2 is pretty much worthless in terms of anything outside of completing the medal acquisition goals for the monster only challenges. For the most part I agree, however, I have found they are very useful in situations where most people would not think to use them especially in boss battles to lay down some serious pawnage. Dark Cloud 2 Standard Ending – Lowest Stats Challenge (Chapter 7) I beat dark cloud 2 for the playstation 2 with the lowest Defense, Hit Points, Monster Badges, Monster levels, and the least number of inventions. This means that I played through Chapter 7 which completes the standard game, I will try the Zelmite mines extra quest later, without using any potato pies, fruit of eden, or Witch Parfaits. Dark Cloud 2 Final Ending – Lowest Stats Challenge (Chapter 8 Zelmite Mines) I completed the optional Chapter 8 Zelmite Mines in dark cloud 2 for the playstation 2 with the lowest Defense, Hit Points, Monster Badges, Monster levels, and the least number of inventions. Video Length 0:13:23

Dragon Quest 8: Journey of the Cursed King

Dragon Quest 8 - Maxed Skills, Complete Bestiary, Complete Inventory Items, All alchemy Recipes learned, and all the monster arena battles completed. I defeat Rhapthorne for the second time during the game. This is the second, happier, ending of the game. I completed the battles in the monster arena all the way through rank S. I took the time to gather all the items in the game along with defeating all of the enemies for the complete bestiary. Video Length 1:06:26

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles 5th Year Ending In this video I beat Final Fantasy Crystal chronicles during year 5 which is the first time during the game the final level and holy element (needed for the final area) becomes available. I take you through all three areas in Mount Vellenge, fight all three forms of the Meteor Parasite, Nest of memories, and both forms of the final boss Ream. I also did all this without any Game Boy Advanced or multiplayer help either, so my method is ideal for only a single player game, although it might work for the other scenarios too. Grand Theft Auto Vice City

Grand Theft Auto Vice City - Vigilante Mission Strategy I found a quick and easy way to complete the 12 vigilante missions on Grand Theft Auto Vice City and get your armor boosted to 150. Video Length 0:19:58

Grandia Extreme

Grandia Xtreme Battle with Level 200 Zenothlee Once you complete the game once you can go back to the completed levels to gain more sound bytes, capture different carros, and get to fight through the enemies and bosses which have a significant level boost. In some cases new bosses will appear along the way too. The highest leveled up boss occurs with zenothlee where he enters the fight at a whooping level 200. Video Length 0:33:08

Grandia Xtreme Final (2nd) Ending Once you beat Quanlee and complete the game for the first time you will open up a second optional ending for the game. To get the second ending you will need to go clear to the bottom of the vortex corridor which opened up underneath the “Birth Place of Quanlee”, located just beyond the light ruins. Inuyasha Secret of the Cursed Mask

Inuyasha Secret of the Cursed Mask Low level Run with Sesshomaru While this is not the lowest possible levels you can have this is my first crack at completing the game while achieving the least amount of collective experience possible. I know it might seem a bit cheap beating the final Naraku with Sesshomaru (who is still practically invincible at his lowest level 30), you have to realize it is indeed challenging to even get this far without his help. Kingdom Hearts

Kingdom Hearts Final Battles and Ending (Expert Mode) I completed Kingdom Hearts for Playstation 2 on expert mode. This video shows the final battles with all forms of Ansem, the ending, the credits, and the epilogue. Video Length 0:44:59

Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories

Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories Proud Mode (Sora – First Play Through) In this video I complete the first run through Kingdom Hearts Chain of memories as Sora on Proud Mode. This is the very first time you complete the game to unlock Riku’s mode Reverse/Rebirth. Video Length 0:27:40

Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories Proud Mode - Riku Reverse/Rebirth Ending (100% completion) In this video I complete the game in Riku’s Rebirth/Reverse scenario on proud mode with 100% completion. This mode becomes available after you complete the game for the first time with Sora. I show the final battle with Ansem, the ending, and the credits . Video Length 0:15:44

Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories Proud Mode - Sora 2nd Ending (100% completion) I complete the game as Sora, after completing Riku’s Reverse/Rebirth, on proud mode with 100% completion. All the available cards become available after you complete the game with Riku. I took the time during this run to gather all the cards, even those annoying enemy cards that are only dropped once every fifty battles. Video Length 0:25:06

Kingdom Hearts 2

Kingdom Hearts 2 Final battles and ending (Proud mode) In this run I complete Kingdom Hearts for the Playstation 2 on proud mode. This shows the final battles with Xemnas of the “nobody organization XIII” and his many forms. My main character is at level 54 when I start the final battle in case anyone is interested. Kingdom Hearts 2 - 100% Completion (Proud mode) In this run I complete Kingdom Hearts for the Playstation 2 on proud mode. I achieve the full completion for the gummy routes as well as Jiminy’s journal. I show the acquisition of the final gummy block from the gummy course and then the final battles with Xemnas of the “nobody organization XIII” and his many forms. Video Length 1:01:24

The Legend of Zelda

Legend of Zelda First Quest Without a Sword In the legend of zelda it is possible to get all the way to Ganon without a sword in the first quest. I didn't use any saves or continues during the whole process. This video is a walkthrough of the entire process. Video Length 2:41:34

Legend of Zelda 3 Heart Challenge First Quest This is a walkthrough of beating the legend of zelda with only three heart containers. This means that I am not able to get any heart containers and I'm limited to using the wooden sword because the other sword power ups require more hearts of life. Video Length 2:25:49

Mega Man 2

Mega Man 2 No Death Walkthrough on Hard Mode I complete a walkthrough of the entire game from start to finish on Hard Mode without losing a life. I manage to beat the game in under an hour, although with the extra stuff at the beginning and credits it is a little over an hour. Video Length 1:01:51

Mega Man 3

Mega Man 3 No Death Walkthrough I complete a walkthrough of the entire game from start to finish without losing a life. This runs includes everything, even the dark master stages. Video Length 1:13:15

Mega Man 4

Mega Man 4 No Death Walkthrough I complete Mega Man 4, from start to finish, without losing a life. This was accomplished on the Mega Man Anniversary Collection Game for the Playstation 2. I show the complete walkthrough and ending segments. Video Length 1:21:42
